Delivery Time For Custom Gifts?
- Every project is meticulously curated – custom packages will be ready for delivery or pick-up between 3 – 5 working days.
- Additional notice may be required for bulk orders and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- We are able to expedite orders at a marginal cost.
Delivery Time For Ready-To-Ship?
- Ready-to-ship orders generally ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.
- Large orders or orders that require customization (e.g., Add-Your-Own-Logo Program, Customized Gift Tags, Embroidered Products, etc.) have lengthier production times. Additional time required for order fulfillment will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
- Ordering from our Ready-to-Ship Collection online has no order minimums.
- Add-your-own-Logo, Bulk and/or select customized packages have order minimums of 25 and up.
Where do you deliver?
- We offer shipping through FEDEX & UPS (rates apply) to all 48 contiguous US states.
- We also offer free pick up service from our Katy Tx (77450) location.
What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
- We accept payment through all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Elo, and PayPal.
- We only accept ACH or wire transfers for purchases above $8,000.
What is your return policy?
- We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds due to the nature of the products included in our gift boxes. If your gift box arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery so that we may make things right for you!

I just placed an order and am concerned that it will not arrive on time. Is it too late to switch to expedited shipping?
Not a problem! We are pleased to assist you with upgrading your purchase to rapid delivery if you tell us on the same day that your order is placed! Please contact us at info@blackperidot.com and we will gladly assist you!
What are your means of delivery?
SHIPPING
We ship through UPS or FedEx to all contiguous United States. We employ a variety of freight carriers based on the destination region for bulk shipments large enough to necessitate palletized delivery.
HAND DELIVERY SERVICE IN YOUR AREA
Hand-delivery service is available in Houston Texas and environs for large purchases such as corporate events, weddings and other social events. As needed, we can accommodate various drop-off sites.
Can you arrange for my gift to arrive on a certain day?
We are not able to 100% arrange or predict specific delivery dates with any level of certainty. However, we will work with you to plan in advance of your delivery and offer current options available through our delivery partners.
Can I choose a different ribbon color than the one shown with the present in your online shop?
Yes! We are willing to exchange the ribbon for another color that we have in store at no additional cost. We typically have: Ivory, Black, Pewter, Green, Blue, Soft Tan, Gold, Yellow, Champagne and Mocha in stock. Please provide your color preference in the order’s remarks area.
Is a receipt included in the box?
We do not include a receipt within the shipping box to accompany the gift. You, as the gift giver, will receive an email confirmation immediately after completing your transaction, which may be used as a receipt. Will the addresses of my recipients be kept secret and confidential?
Yes! We value your privacy and will never disclose your recipient information with anyone other than our delivery crew.
